WARRANTY STATEMENT
Guangzhou Shiditong Electronics Development Co. Ltd (GSEDC) promises to provide higher quality service to customers under Provisions on the Liability for the Repair, Replacement and Return of Some Commodities, Law of the People’s Repulic of China on Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests and Product Quality Law of the People’s Republic of China. This warranty shall last for twelve (12) months from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”). The valid original invoice (PROOF OF PURCHASE) will be required.

NOTATIONS:
(a) The defective hardware components caused by normal deteriorations are excluded from warranty.
(b) This warranty is only available within the Warranty Period marked out on the warranty card or the instruction leaflet. The products on sale are included in the warranty. In case of the products on sale for partly defects, the defective hardware components are excluded from warranty.
THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY IN CASE OF THE FOLLOWING:
(a) Defects resulting from the use of the product in a manner other than their normal and customary manner.
(b) No warranty card
(c) In excess of warranty period
(d) Damage caused by inevitable factors
(e) Any defect or damage caused by the use conditions that are beyond the control of GSEDC
Any repairs performed by GSEDC for the defect or damage mentioned above are subject to charge to the purchaser at normal repair rate:
RULES FOR RETURNING OR REPLACING PRODUCT
(a) Customers can choose to return, replace or repair defective product within 7 days from the date of the original purchase.
(b) Customers can choose to replace or repair defective product within 15 days from the date of the original purchase.
(c) Customers can replace defective product which has been repaird over twice within Warranty Period.

NOTATION:
In case of returning product, depreciation rate is subject to charge to the purchaser in the following way:
Depreciation rate=(Date of Original Purchase – Date of Repair)*Daily Ratio of Depreciation *Price
STATEMENT ABOUT CHARGE ON REPAIR AND MAINTAINACE
(a) Any repair performed by GSEDC to man-made damage within Warranty Period or defect beyond Warranty Period and any service excluded from free service provided by GSEDC are subject to charge to the purchaser at normal repair rate.
(b) Rates for service beyond Warranty Period
The rates should include rate for repair, rate for hardware components and transportation fee for door to door service.
